As being a former employee of Tricia’s at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, for over two years, Tricia proved to be a true asset to Wells Fargo and the Wells Fargo brand. Tricia has successfully lead and managed several projects for our entire site and even when the odds were against her; meaning very short time frames to get projects done; her thorough knowledge and exceptional leadership made some of the most stressful times bearable and motivational for everyone here at our site. The mere fact that she was always pleasant in demeanor, encouraging and promoted self sufficiency, we had a number of top producers and productivity leaders all under her leadership. Tricia is highly intelligent, has great analytical and communication skills and if there was ever any issues that needed escalations, she never hesitated to go the extra mile to research and assist to get answers and the job done. I personally have worked with several Big Banks and I must say, I have never had the relationship I’ve had with her with any of my prior VP’s. Her visibility and knowledge of business and mortgage world is phenomenal and most of all, she is firm, about business and knows how to get tasks completed.
